"What Prenda has been doing and Mega had been doing was basically abusing the law for profit, attempting to hide their activities behind various corporate fronts."
While I disagree with you that Mega DotCom is abusing the law for profit; I do agree with you that Prenda has been doing that. Doesn't really fit into your comment the Judge Wright "will be lucky to keep his job when this is all over." I find your lack of cognitive thinking skills to be hilarious.
so 'whore with no name,' it interesting that your new nic is that of a cartoon that is understood to be a tool that keeps American workers blinded by reality.
So why don't you write an essay about Kim Dotcom's brazen network?
Then the intelligent people could easily pick it apart and show that even with a nickname change you are still a *fn* idiot.
What kind of moron goes "Hey this widget I bought doesn't work on release day. I'm gonna go out and pay more money for a second one".
You must have missed the self-help book, "Everything I learned I learned from Advertising." Seriously though, it seems that if EA's advertisements says 'EA is great' people believe it enough to try to buy a better copy!?!?
Doesn't make any sense to me, but I've met some idiots...
You are so, so very wrong. If you would read the responses to you're idiocy in the comments from last nights thread you'd realize that. Or you're just *fn* stupid.
You either haven't followed this case at all; or you're an idiot. Judge Wright has done everything to ensure that any appeals will be lost. The Prenda gang have lied to federal judges. They have disobeyed court orders. They have committed numerous frauds in federal courts. They are about to be f**ked harder than Jenna Jameson ever has been. Judge Wright is going to go down in history as the judge who was the did the most to go after the lawyer troll set. If you really think this will do anything other than leave the legacy of Otis Wright in a positive light, than you are a *fn* idiot.
It is unfortunate that your pro tip will be completely ignored by Mr. Radey. I posted on the popehat thread a comment that tried to directly point out how he could quickly and honestly raise his DSR's, and he basically responded that everything is still everyone else's fault. Richard Radey is clearly incompetent and unwilling to learn how to fix his actual problem; and his actual problem is that he is incompetent and unwilling to learn.
They have claimed that the post office continually charges them to little, and then sends the packages postage due. Being that I use the USPS to send 50 to 60 packages each week; I call that pure BS and I concur with your assessment, this is only about Med Express's questionable practices.
