GEMA ... are they like .. similar to the Resident Evil zombies ?!? o_O
Kinda, but more like the Resident Evil zombies from the Gamecube port. That's the one where you shoot a zombie dead and leave the area thinking it's safe, but when you come back, the body's disappeared only to attack you from behind as you attempt to ready your shotgun in sheer panic.

Oh, gee. I don't know. Maybe the ability to easily search the World Wide Web? Why do you think I've opted out of the ability to apply robots.txt to my works on AO3?
Something like, "Please check the box if you are not a robot." Sighted people, screen readers, and bots will all be able to read that sentence, but out of those three, which do you think will be the least likely to click on the box?
I think that this is a deliberate ploy by the White House administration. After all, if the people this law will be so important to can't sign the petition to get it considered, then the US government don't have to take an action that will surely anger the corporarions that keep them in office.
What does a sticker cost? $1? $400 [total]?
If that's what it's costing them, then they're shopping at the wrong store. Where I live, stickers cost about 20p for one, and the price comes down for bulk buying; the more you buy, the less each sticker costs.
"I killed a guy and I liked it
It was really cathartic
I killed a guy just to try it
Hope that my friends don't mind it
It felt so wrong, it felt so right
Don't mean I'm Psycho tonight
I killed a guy and I liked it
I liked it"

I agree. The dude may be a jerk of the highest order who's attacked people in the past, but that's the whole point; he did that stuff in the past, and the sentence he's facing right now is for mere words. I might not like what this kid wrote or what I've read about his past, but no one, not even pricks like him, should be locked up for simply posting stuff on the web.
Remember, Dotcom has been hit with racketeering claims, and I would think that anything that implies "give me money or I'll sue" isn't the best move for someone already facing racketeering charges.
Yes, Dotcom's words could imply that, but they could also imply "I could have sued you and didn't, so now it's time for you to return the favour."
I have a scanner in my home, so I contacted this company and entered into negotiations with them, only to have to pay the full $1000. So I sent them 664 in Scottish pound notes, each one carefully wiped on my dog's butt before the cash went into the envelope!
Who ever claimed US doctors gain insurance incentives for prescribing? Have you never wondered why pharmaceutical companies spend three times more on 'marketing' than on research and development?
How did this guy ever become a professor? Was it a 'collect 10 crisp bags and collect a prize' type thing?
Actually, I believe it was from the same website where I got Max, my cat, a BSc and an MSc in macroeconomics by filling out a couple of forms and paying $750 on my credit card.
