As the resident Utard here our mormon assault vehicle (the van in case your wondering) still gets us around. Just one more reason I choose the Folkway of a Heathen when we do decide to hybridize our vehicle.
On a side note my neighbor I drive to work at the local Wal-mart was talking about what the managers had to say. If your not making enough the state is there for you... after all that's what they are there for.
The double-think word your looking for is
Tax Haven
There's a demotivational for that entitled Your using that word but I'm pretty sure you don't know what it means. Then the hilarity ensues when on the same ring of cheeseburger they have the dedicated trolls and the anti-political comments.
The third in the series. Again she (Hillary) hedges once, twice and the third? Let's openly do it. There's a reason the now, quote, conspiracy nutz, unquote of today were called alarmist 50-100 years ago.
Oh and if you want to listen to government just do a simple mind trick. There openly telling you what there doing but you have decode it. Just take everything they say and the opposite is the truth. As least on capital hill. As for state legislature its about the same only we really need to shorten the term for governorship.
Well if it is such a problem why aren't people going to the FTC or BBB to actually get something done about it. The first legal thing I can attest to is insider trading with a smidge of deceptive business practice with a dash of corporate espionage.
If he lost 70 million there it hit somebodies radar. I'll let FUDbuster have at this one. This doesn't even pass the smell test.
Actually, restaurant work doesn't suck for the owner who knows how to run a successful, pardon the pun, bite that hands that feed you business. That being said the restriction on free speech is a big one for me personally and the rest is the free market at work. You treat your employees and customers right it'll be a success (in the social network at least).
Though if you were talking about a fast food joint ya still have brand loyalty to consider.
Agreed on the monster part only some of us like big fluffy ones. Ever met a skinny cook? Right... ya got what ya paid for.
It has been repeated, often enough right here in TechDirt, if it becomes known to you, as an owner, that your business has hit a major cord somewhere the benefits of engaging the audience! Self-Reliance isn't a sin, its a virtue.
To answer the question about the same time Righthaven, the state prosecuting the alternate currency user, the patent nest dealing with the iphone and finally the sunset provision in the Patriot act are concluded. This has been you TSA of the future. Also this will be fodder for any altruistic, albiet idealistic, lobby to actually abolish copyright, patents and any restrictions on speech since hemp was declared a dirty word. Good day.
...Bulemia. This has got to be the only country where people are digging in the dumpster for a peach pit and other people eat a nice meal and puke it up intentionally. ..
..If you were selling racoons a-holes on a stick Americans would buy them, especially if you dipped them in butter and put a bit of salsa on em. This country is big time, pig time. Forget the bald eagle. you know what the national emblem aught to be? A big bowl of mac and cheese. Big size because everything is big sized, king sized and super jumbo. Especially the f'n people...
Score one up for being not being aware or being lazy(I think 80/20 in frelled up hindsight.) and not looking in the first place. Very Nice Nina, very nice.
Side thought: Isn't this ideal for a case study here?
It has been said that Mike is a bit of a pessimist and disappointed seems to be a favorite word when it comes to big button issues so how about a bit of conclusion to the economics of free. It seems to me the discussion of theory and practice seems very thin with notable exceptions.
I think that view stems from not having more bad than good when it comes to stories about distribution, copyrights & of course the inevitable Whats In It For Me society. We may be idealist but an example and proof of success feels dam good. Pride is a virtue!

Did you mom ever teach you about shoulda coulda wouldas?
The question isn't where it could happen, but whether it needs to happen. Then you have an obvious axiom reply and not one based in the hypothetical and theory.
I think Mike covered this a few months ago as well. The need for a CopyLeft symbol.
Cudos Nina for this post and all the work you do.
Suggestion perhaps for a future post on the methods you use with the free distribution to get paid. Off the top of my head I wonder if its just advertising on that all important attention or contracting your services and all the other OR's that come with an attention business model.
