What the hell are they going to call that state south of Oklahoma since they can't call it Texas? South Oklahoma or West Louisiana or East New Mexico or North Mexico.
MAD won a case on parody song lyrics. I did like the parody of legal letter sent by the comic shop. I'm gonna try to order one now just to annoy Olivia Munn.
If Apple had implemented their own lattitude they would have a decent arguement. I hope the paper work was submitted prior to the Google application to iTunes for Apple's sake. Otherwise it makes them look like they are copying apps and stealing ideas. Not that that hasn't worked for Apple in the past.
I consider my free speech right to be a valuable commodity as evidenced the existence of anti-SLAPP laws. If someone wrongly deprives me of my platform for said speech by wrongly accusing me of a DMCA violation they are depriving me of my rights and I should be able to sue for damages in a civil court. It the party in question shows a consistent pattern of wrongly depriving people of these rights it should open them to a class action law suit.
Sharks with freaking LASERs are attacking both UNCLE and CONTROL we think it is KAOS and SMERSH teamed up with THRUSH and a bunch of BEMs. Fortunately SHEILD and UNIT are providing assistance in repelling this attack.
A bunch of old OSS agents that had joined the CIA had this sort of attack on their RADAR and prepared a dozen IBMs to get the blue menace.
I hope they photoshopped that hip. It looks deformed in the picture. I doubt anyone let alone DM would ask for what looks like a bit of leg to be put in place of her hip.
Obviously Simon is an altruist and never wanted to exploit the poor woman. He was forced to do so by the demand generated by youtube. Youtube forced him to sell millions of CDs and he hates the carbon foot print it forced him into.
Joining a fan page just means you want to know what is going on not that you are fan. It's like the lawyers not being friended by judges. Facebook made a bad choice on names that bring lots of baggage with them.
When this first came up one of the ideas here was to stop using postal codes since they were too difficult to get. It was stated that the Post office would have been forced to look up the codes for themselves. Thereby costing more money doing that than they could ever hope to get from selling the postal codes.

You missed a bunch of the factors determining the publishers margin.
Margin = price - cost - distribution costs - amazon's cut.

And the Movie Nazis at the MPAA say 'NO Movies for you'.
Now if the theater were to somehow mess up how it pressed charges so the case got thrown out every time they might be in the clear.
