Is that close enough to a business leaving a market because of a lawsuit?

Back in the day I worked at a delivery place (steaks and burgers). We would get requests all the time.
"If I order a salad(cheapest thing on menu), can you stop by the store and get me some beer?"
"If I order a salad, will swing by the gas station and get me some milk?"
