Chalk the street around the tires. Put a line out from the center of the contact point and then one on the front and back edges of the front and back tires.
That shouldn't be a search because they aren't infringing on a person's property to do that. They are in fact marking city property.
How do you know he hasn't already told them and Nunes was pushing it that hard so he could "know about it" in such a manner that couldn't be used against him when he uses the information or goes public with it.
So in other words. Keep your receipt in the event a hacker uses this Bluetooth method to make your tools stop working. Bring them back to Home Depot and demand a new set because the changes they made to the tools made it stop working.
The proper response from Facebook in regards to those two accounts is. "Your account is hereby terminated and the reason is because we don't want you on our platform."
So, should we also pull down information about the Crusades? They did some pretty reprehensible things in their efforts to "return the holy lands" to the church. How about the Spanish Inquisition, or the Trail of Tears? Should we pull down everything about the horrible things people have done in the name of God and or country, because if we do that and try and pretend that everything in the past was all sweetness and light your going to have problems in the future.
I actually do want this to get appealed all the way to the SCOTUS. That way when it gets shut down 8-1 (Clarence Thomes is being dumb right now) maybe other states will stop trying to pass such blatantly stupid and unconstitutional laws.

I would be ignoring the "or any other online forum" part. That is supposed to be an official document from the court, you can't just go adding handwritten parts to it wherever you want. Hell, Kim Babel can go and handwrite "for 6 months" right behind that line if she wanted. If the court wanted that part in there then they can and should damn well retype the document, print, sign, and seal it.
The cynical side of me is saying that even if they do get fined an amount that actually hurts, it will get reduced and bargened down to a miniscule amount. Let's not talk about how much each person who is a part of the class action would get at the end of the day.
So they want to try and hold corporation employees personally responsible if they don't follow the vague, confusing, and sometimes contradictory rules... I mean guidelines.. And yet they work so very hard to make it so politicians and other politically powerful people immune to personal responsibility when their decisions cause huge issues.
If you are convicting that many people of the same kind of crime, don't you think it might be a good idea to take a closer look at the system and process that are involved?
