Re: This is why I use a CC for everything like this
Fist bump! Pay for everything possible with credit card, pay off credit card. Payments to entities that don't take credit card are scheduled and processed from my bank and not pulled from my bank.
Isn't it the burden of the network to show irreparable harm to the court? If they failed to show this or to convince the court of such harm then Mike has no reason to defend against your petty argument, whereas, the mighty law (of whom you are such a strong believer) has already determined there is none.
I would like to see this fool forced to speak at a townhall meeting where a lot of senators and reps have been getting heat from the people. Of course, you can't blame these unelected bureaucrats, all they have to do is (maybe) be dragged before a committee (circus sideshow) and dodge the truth. Otherwise they are shielded and unaccountable to 'we the people' and we don't know which of our reps to punish. If Hayden had to get up and give his speech at a townhall I could see him getting tarred, feathered, and carried out on a rail.

Objectionable
He could have cancelled it over Putin's recent homophobic remarks or Russia's latest focus on censoring the internet or putting activists in jail or any number of other things that generally should offend American sensibilities.
We have been steadily increasing the cost per child in education with no discernible results. And don't believe that "cutting education spending" tripe. Whenever pols talk about cutting they are talking about cuts to future spending increases not a decrease in current funding.

easily buy it
To purchase a track/movie. A subscription. An account. Cough up your credit card info. Expendable cash. Availability on the service you use (if I want everything I'll be signed up to a lot of services). Get some half crippled file that may or may not port to another device (you have to pay again for that). Spam from services. Ads from services.

Re: Re: Re: "Integrity" not necessarily compromised
All this seems like the wrong approach. It would be easier to just add three or four images/graphics to the file as cover art or whatever and then watermark the images by tweaking a random pixel. Doesn't even have to be on or off, could even change a shade.
Plus, who is going to go to book club and discuss excerpts from the book to be surprised that what was well written in one text read like garbage the other participants text. Read alongs in school...that will be fun.

No response...
CHARLIE ROSE: But has FISA court turned down any request?
With a non-response, I am going to assume it is rubber-stamped court approvals. If there were any rejections Obama would have stated that there were some. Of course, it is all secret so we could never really know.

I'll bet my left one that they will use them to watch the borders for illegals, Chase bank robbers, Watch known drug houses, etc etc.
It is the "etc. etc." that concerns any rational person...mainly because that is the same description of the extent to which their surveillance is limited.

No, a patent is a document vaguely telling you how to make something or the process to do so. That way you can sue as many people as possible.
