You must be thinking of the olden times. To even get INTO Kindergarten, Russian children have to be able to hack into at least three highly encrypted databases in under 25 minutes while blindfolded and riding a bear
Re: I don't understand how the parents aren't being held responsible...
Yes, how dare those parents not stand over their children and watch every word they speak into the inter tubes and control their speech and actions every step of the way from birth until adulthood.
I do enjoy how you use examples of physical harm of others and try to set it up and compare it to children speaking in a private group on the internet because we all know words can break your bones just like sticks and stones or TPBer's computer :D
And? If all your competition does is copy what you already have instead of innovating to try and be better than you then the most they can ever do is struggle to try to match you while the company who makes the products will already be working on innovating the next big thing.
Well I emailed Terry with a couple of questions hoping to get a response and I got that response, word for word, as a reply a few minutes later. It would appear someone doesn't like criticism or answering any questions about what they wrote.
Well for starters real events such as this don't generate ratings. Now if you can add in something about some pop star getting drunk and running around naked, or having a baby, or something along those lines, then this story will spread like wildfire.
A quote that I believe applies very well to this and almost all copyright situations.
"There has grown up in the minds of certain groups in this country the notion that because a man or corporation has made a profit out of the public for a number of years, the government and the courts are charged with the duty of guaranteeing such profit in the future, even in the face of changing circumstances and contrary to the public interest. This strange doctrine is not supported by statute nor common law. Neither individuals nor corporations have any right to come into court and ask that the clock of history be stopped, or turned back."
