Eisenhower initially wanted to refer to the Military-Industrial Complex as the Military-Industrial-Congressional Complex, but he had a good relationship with congress and didn't want to alienate them (the fifties had more than their fair share of problems, but they didn't have presidents who wanted to kill members of the opposition parties or even the same parties as with Trump).
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: 'All men not on my side that is.'
It's really our two-party system. We either have a choice between an incompetent, corrupt asshole or a crazy whackadoodle asshole. Very rarely do we get good representation (we do sometimes, but it's rare).
Koby, considering how you fail to turn in any homework assignments this semester, my professional recommendation is that you be shot out of a cannon into the sun.
Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that PBS is like Fox News. It's just that my parent's generation knew a time when PBS had actual high-quality journalism but since the right wing always works the refs, PBS was easily workable from bad-faith actors since it took public funding, and any left-wing efforts to work it in the same way lacked the same political power that the right wing had (really, they have the guns and the willingness to overthrow democratic elections but they didn't do it until the mask came off in the Trump [mal]administration). Therefore, PBS always listened to right wingers but rarely the concerns of left-wingers.
I was going to make a comment on this particular point of hypocrisy on Josh Hawley's part, but you stole my thunder. I don't know whether I should be sad or happy.
We have that called the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. It’s just that PBS sold out to those who would exert political control over them long ago.
The untapped irony is that many of these same major outlets that outsourced all discourse to Facebook over the last five to ten years, now complain incessantly about how Facebook has too much power over discourse, ad markets, and everything else.
Pretty much this. It's utterly ridiculous and predictable that the same outlets outsourcing their comments to facebook are now having beef with facebook that it has too much power. While some of that is indeed justified, they should look in the mirror as to why that's the case.
Seriously, You're giving the NGAGE as an example that people lined up on the street for? I remember it in NYC, where there were tons of boxes on launch day and nobody wanted to get it. It was a pathetic piece of shit that couldn't compete in the marketplace like your software. Their manufacturers waaaaayyy overvalued it like you do with your software. Oh, and it was manufactured by NOKIA, not Ericsson.
See, if you were the one who programmed Meshpage, I'd download it on the spot. Hell, I'd even pay money for it. Why? Because you sound like you know your stuff and don't present yourself like an arrogant dickhead (at least not in this context). TP, however, thinks he's entitled to money.
I can't understand what you're doing in Meshpage and I have a minor in Computer Science. What makes you think preteens would understand what you're doing?
You keep saying that Blender can't make cubes, which is beyond ludicrous seeing as the when you start a new project in Blender it automatically provides you with a cube.
And you're not able to do any meaningful modifications given that you cannot even get a cube done with the technology.
When you open up a new project in Blender, the first thing it provides you is a cube. Meanwhile, you have to do a lot of work in Meshpage as per your demo.

You can also purchase and then download the ROM from Steam. It'll play on any Sega Genesis/Mega Drive emulator as well as the Sega Genesis or Mega Drive itself with the help of a multi-cart.
How about a demonstration, then? If you can prove that Meshpage does a better job than blender, you'll prove yourself, get a userbase and the people currently making fun of you will owe you huge apologies for doubting you.
Now? My magic 8-ball says "Outlook not so good", and I doubt it's referring to the Microsoft email program.

That's true. If Josh Hawley had a milligram of honor and principles he'd resign from the senate and turn himself over to the FBI.

A cursory googling gave me this piece of evidence (a left-wing source, but it proves that anti-PBS sentiment exists on the left): https://www.thenation.com/article/archive/why-are-public-broadcasters-parroting-conservative-talking -points/
