Uh, KlearGear are a bunch of idiotic morons. There's no way that any credit card company would allow such a bogus $50 dispute fee. I find it laughable that they're trying this tactic.
The playback in Washington when Democrats or Republicans want to blame someone is "Blame Snowden". You never hear of Democrats or Republicans taking responsibility for the messes that they create.
If this gets approved by Congress and Obama signs it into law, it only says one thing: that President Obama and the Democratic Party have come to the realization that the NSA and their bulk data collection of every American has indeed become detrimental to the re-election chances of Democrats for the U.S. Congress.
At any rate, it doesn't matter what Obama does. While the November elections are not set in stone as to who will win, Democrats are not going to prevail in November because of everything that has happened since Snowden revealed the hypocracy of the Obama Administration.
The NSA spying has caused irreparable harm to Democrats. But, if this had happened under under the Republican's watch, then it would be the Republicans paying the price.
It's just ironic that Democrats, who have long fought for constitutional rights and lessening government intrusion into our lives IS the very same party who has been raping our constitutional rights when it comes to privacy.
I suppose the motto of the Obama Administration is "do as we say and NOT as we do".
What's everyone complaining about? We haven't had the protection of the Fourth Amendment since September 11th, 2001. Our government, who are actually the employees of every American Taxpayer, don't feel that the people should be protected by the U.S. Constitution.
I'm shocked that King Barrack Obama hasn't abolished the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Justice System, the U.S. Congress or the U.S. Supreme Court. After all, we live in the United States of Obama.
While I find the tactics by this lawyer to be reprehensible, the morons who are posting reviews about the lawyer are nothing but trolls who could find themselves facing defamation lawsuits for posting reviews about the law firm considering they have no personal experiences with that law firm.
This also happened with those buffoons from Amy's Baking Company, who were featured on Kitchen Nightmares. Morons need to understand you need to stop acting like trolls and posting fake reviews because that does nothing but generate legal problems for yourselves.
Tim is misleading everyone by linking to the lawyer's review page on Yelp because those fake reviews are just that, fake negative reviews because people don't have any common sense to realize that they are engaging in defamation against a law firm.
I find it appalling that the airline would send out text messages. Talk about a major failure on the part of the airlines. They should have notified these families in person, not through A FUCKING TEXT MESSAGE.
I disagree with Tim that this isn't an issue. It IS.
This is a WTF moment to receive a text message from the airline because they simply don't want to address these families 'face-to-face'.
I hope these families sue the shit out of this airline.
Not only that but I decided to check it out and would have ordered a pair until I realized the cost for them. Stuffed animals and stickers? Really? No thanks and $75 just to get the Monki Bars? No thank you.
The act gives a definition of terrorism as an act or threat "designed to influence the government", that "is made for the purpose of advancing a political, religious, racial or ideological cause" and that would pose a "serious risk" to the health or safety of a section of the public.
That description classifies the entire UK political system as nothing but one massive terrorist organization. I wonder why UK politicians, not to mention, the United States Government, aren't listed as the largest worldwide terrorist organizations to ever operate on this planet.
mSpy might be setting itself up for major liability. While it might be technically legal for companies to record metadata, it's against the for private companies to knowingly spy on cellphone consumers without their knowledge and without a search warrant. It also opens the giver of the cellphone up to violations of someone's constitutional rights.
This is exactly why Microsoft cannot be trusted. They are all for protecting your privacy from other companies when when it comes to the government or Microsoft violating your privacy, they are more than happy to stand up, cheering, "I'm violating your privacy, look over here".
Sounds to me it's not the backpack that triggered the bullying but rather the uneducated students who are doing the bullying. I've heard of "blaming the victim" before but this is ridiculous.
So, they're treating this incident as if the bullies are the victims?
The United Nations is about as trusthworthy as the NSA and the FISA courts. Tell me again why we should trust the United Nations, who have been pushing for countries to adopt Agenda 21.
The United Nations wants the ability to seize ownership of land no matter what country the land is in. They use local laws to enforce penalties against landowners that are more than what landowners can afford and then turn around and seize control of that private property.
The American Bar Association has no business asking the NSA that. They should be filing a lawsuit against the NSA in federal court demanding that the NSA stop eavesdropping on communications between attorneys and their clients.
If a communication involves an attorney, you stop monitoring. Plain and simple.
I'm offended that the American Bar Association is asking the NSA permission about this sort of thing.
It doesn't matter of this goes to court. To find in favor of Kiss Trust would be a gross violation of the constitutional rights of the website. It also would be seen as a violation of MMM's first amendment rights.
Kiss Trust cannot demand that a website stop talking about it as long as it's still doing business. It could only demand that the offending untrue defamatory posts be removed, if they are defamatory, which the court would have to determine.
Has Eastern Point Trust Company stepped into the Twilight Zone because, as a favorite quote of mine from Law and Order, they are throwing every law at MMM and hoping that something will stick.
I'm confused by the demand from EPTC and their demand that "MMM's owner prevent anyone from talking about Kiss Trust for as long as either party exists". Uh, no court in this country would find in favor of EPTC because it would be a violation of the website's first amendment rights and that it would seriously violate the constitutional rights of that website.
I have to say that it takes some big balls to make that demand.

The U.S. Government relinquishing its control over ICANN is like Wall Street relinquishing control of the banks (which amounts to an impotent move).
