The Prince estate is a big mess that isn't organized yet.
It's no surprise they haven't found all of their contracts or sorted out all the deals Prince made over the years.
It should be a surprise lawyers jumped on a chance to charge millions in fees to sort things out in court instead of at their offices and desks, but they tend to want others to do the detailed work and collect paychecks instead. ;]
Cameras should be under court control at all times.
An officer of the local courts should lock them on and hand them out to each officer on his way out of the locker room, then copy them to the cloud and lock both camera and data up at the end of every shift.
Court officers should maintain control of all recordings at all times, right through court cases, and be the only ones deciding what to release to police or the public, under clear policies that prosecutors and police unions cannot manipulate.
With all that taken out of their hands, police can concentrate on their jobs and stop worrying about bad cops ruining them.
…Fox News, Breitbart, Infowars and a lot of other false news sites would start a screaming campaign from Nov. 9 for roughly four years, then raise the volume for four more years.
That's who they are and what they do for a living. ;]
…voter fraud, electoral fraud, voter suppression and gerrymandering are four different things, three of which are old GOP tactics, tried and true, for over fifty years. ;]
Given the way the farce on an election has gone so far…
…it wouldn't surprise me if enough tampering was found to prompt more recounts and a whole new fight in the electoral college, then the Supreme Court "elects" Hillary in 2017…
He won't work as a prosecutor again, and as a mere lawyer, will find it pretty difficult to find work in any large firm. He'll be stuck with whatever work he can drum up on his own, perhaps as a personal injury lawyer with a postage-stamp ad in the Yellow Pages and no other advertising.
Details of the case or litigation can be redacted as the court sees fit but employment negotiations themselves are public records and are subject to FOIA requests as specifically public domain.
Here's another point that's been missed or ignored:
There's no record or even allegation that anybody [other than this anti-P2P extortion/lobbying firm] ever downloaded or even knew the file existed at all.
They did intensive scans of P2P networks, so intensive that they literally found everyone who had a PDF or any other document file; except savvy users who had any blocklist.
Odds are very high they found it first, and in attempting to extort LabMD caused it to be taken offline before anyone else had a chance to even find it. That's their "business model". ;]
…and tangible proof of a bought vote would serve to expose, prosecute and convict the buyer of votes, it would be most interesting to see who is promoting these anti-selfie laws. ;]
Also, nothing in those laws forbid simply taking a photo of your own ballot without your face in the shot; so you can still keep proof (but don't forget to disable the flash). ;]
Of course, these "amateur debt collectors" just handed over their government-issue ident through a central repository [Jiedaibao] in relation to an ongoing criminal enterprise.
Naturally Jiedaibao is required to retain records because "terrorism". ;]
I'm sure the chinese government will find this handy when party executives decide it's time to generate some positive press for themselves and the party.
She was supposed to let her boss know what she was doing before she went to outside agencies and Congress or engaged outside NGOs like the various MAFIAA lobbying groups.
Unfortunately for her she forgot who she was working for, the Library of Congress, and started obeying MAFIAA orders, representing them directly in public and regulatory arenas. Bypassing her boss to speak directly to higher levels of government or other agencies was an offensive breach of trust.
She was disciplined for that and then proved her disloyalty to the government by resigning instead of taking her punishment.
The interim replacement is apparently of the same rebellious clique, so she will also be replaced shortly before she can repeat the same mistakes.
