"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Read that, because it is important. It is among the most important paragraphs in US government. NO LAW. That includes RELIGION /and/ SPEECH. You are suggesting that we don't like the speech (speech) of one church (religion), so we should stifle it. Can you not see how that is two strikes against this singular rule?
That isn't a good metric for who is and is not a public figure. After all, if you asked any 100 politicians chosen at random who the mayor of Detla, OH was, I'd be willing to bet 100% of them would ask where the fuck that was. He's still a public figure. We'll just let the court make that decision.
Well, this sort of thing, if it could be done without all the hours of imaging, could be used to hide one's identity in all sorts of video offerings. Read that as 'security,' if you want.
Finding a doctor that you like is a very personal thing, which some people do not realize. There are doctors that I will have nothing to do. They're great doctors. They have patients who truly love them and what they do. On the other hand, my personality clashes with his, and we do not ever see eye to eye. I think he's rude, cold and argumentative. it's all just personal opinions one way or the other.
Now, if the doctor is a total screw-up, doesn't know shit, and acts like he's the best thing to come out of the medical profession, well... doubt anyone's going to like him, anyways.
The 1st Amendment even protects speech you don't like. It very much was a 1st Amendment issue. Personally, I think preachers on street corners, and those anti-abortion trucks driving around are harassment, but what I think doesn't matter any more than what you think in these issues.
I disagree entirely. I have two sisters. One used spanking for discipline and the other did not. Both are extremely good parents. Both sets of children grew up knowing right from wrong, they just had different paths to getting there.
Neither of my sisters were 'beaten' as children, though both did get spanked. Who is right and who is wrong? More importantly, who are you to decide for me? Get off your soapbox, and take your 'physical assault' hippiespeak and 'weak mind' mamby pamby bs elsewhere.

So, the similarities? They're both sad boys on a blue backdrop. Even the flare points aren't the same. What other similarities are you seeing?

3) Still not Mike, and you're still a complete moron.
