Oh so once I answer your question about whether or not they're a news publication, Now you say it doesn't matter anyway because the people at Dajaz1 are accused of being pirates? Sorry but accusations isn't good enough an excuse to shut down someones business.
Sure being a journalist doesn't mean you are immune from doing illegal activities, but what illegal activities did Dajaz1 commit? They were never never found guilty of anything, in fact their was never even a case against them.
So you admit it's complex, so why should your argument that Dajaz1 didn't have they first amendment rights tread upon be anymore special? I trust Wikipedia more than I trust your say so.
Dajaz1 is a hip-hop blog with the latest in hip-hop news. Just because it's not important to you doesn't mean it's not important for some one else who wants to keep up with the latest news in music. It may be very niche, but they are publishing news all right.
