Don't get a 'corporate paycheck,' and corporations are entities run by citizens that get a vote. Purchasing votes in this manner is what got us into the current economic situation, so you can STFU&SD.
Your arguments are getting tired and repetitive. Actually, they were from the moment you submitted them, having been submitted and shot down many times over the past year, alone.
Go read some more back issues, and see what else you can dredge up and repeat ad nauseum. You'll go blue before people believe it.
Nonsense post is nonsense. Child pornography is not about censorship, it's about the real abuse and possible murder of children. Copyright infringement, being a civil issue, not criminal, does not cause physical or emotional harm or death to people who are unable to defend themselves. Or to anyone, really.
You continue to attempt to make this an emotional issue, and it is not. It is an economic one, and basic economics continues to show (as others continue to point out with citations) that infringement at the individual level does not harm IP, and in fact increases their economic advantage.
The profiling in question, which is more effective, is not racial in nature. It would be impossible for it to be, considering we're talking about Israel.
Yeah, umm... I'd really like to get my hands on some of those blues and jazz tracks that are all locked up because some jackhole like you thought longer copyright made sense, so now I can't even legally purchase this music.
What was that about 'latest move, album, etc...'? The crap they put out these days isn't worth wiping my butt with, but keep on fuddin'.
Riiiight. Because anyone who thinks copyright and IP laws are completely out of control and getting worse are 'piracy apologists.' You step on my guaranteed rights, and I'll kick your fake rights' teeth in.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: So what is a "reasonable model"?
Okay, so, to recap, you think that because other laws are unfair we should shut up about copyright. That's basically what you keep saying. Stop trolling, and rehashing points that others have either debunked (an IP address is close enough!), or dismissed as being based upon emotional responses (rape! murder!).
I would think if there is a fundamental misunderstanding of what you meant, then the onus would be on you for the language you chose to use. Re-reading your posts and responses, I'd say the responses to you were on point with the message you ended up delivering.
'She's a victim' does not make what she did right, either. The school is not at fault, the boy is. Sorry, but I agree that she shouldn't have stayed if she knew the boy was on the team she was going to be cheered for. Staying and not cheering was a voluntary action on her part. She was asked to leave before she was kicked from the team. I cheer her for standing up for her convictions, but you have to be willing to take the flak for that, too.
Wouldn't be that hard to do without a log book. Require yearly inspections, and mark odometer numbers down. I realize some people can and do roll that thing back, but they're often caught out when they sell the vehicle.
If you actually did the research, you would see that diesel is taxed as much or more in most states than gasoline. Perhaps the federal tax is lower? The state taxes are not.
Also, if you truly believe that fuel taxes are used solely on roads, then you're sadly mistaken. Just because it is earmarked as suck does not mean they do not 'borrow' from that revenue, and then fail to pay it back in.
The issue is that Starz remains a premium channel. This is a promotional offering to new customers for one year. Dish is still paying the premium channel fees to Starz.
I would think that in that case it would be Starz that would be the infringer. It is not possible for Dish to show movies on Starz that Starz does not program. Dish has no control over that programming.
