I really can't wait to see what the world will look at 10 years (maybe even 5) from now. I know some older folks brush aside my optimism because that's "what we used to say when I was your age, and nothing changed, politics were just as corrupt for us as it was for our fathers", but we have one thing "they" didn't have, the Internet.
Yeah, I can't afford the Internet and TV, too expensive. Unfortunately for TV companies I need the internet much more than I need TV, and fortunately for me, there's plenty of TV on the Internet too! just not the kind the TV people want me watching... ;)
I don't know of any either, but it is possible, and seems mighty suspicious to me. You may call me paranoid, I call it being mature enough to realize that not everything is rainbows and chocolate rain, things like this do happen.
The problem here is the disproportionate amount of attention a certain industry is receiving by policy makers, while ignoring the people they are supposed to represent. Since the USTR is not allowing any other way for the public interest groups to have their voice heard, the only way the public interests groups can get a word in is by trying to get as close as possible to any TPP meeting they can find out about. And don't say anything about public interest groups not having a right to at least make their positions heard, which would just support my position that the system is unbalanced.

Re: Re:
well, not really, your position has nothing to do with an arguments validity, but it is a good indicator.
