If " Officers may not intentionally use the device to access information that is solely stored remotely." and "all travelers must unlock or decrypt devices/accounts" - account based access is mostly solely stored remotely, if they're asking for online accounts to be unlocked they're intentionally accessing information that is solely stored remotely.
It would be interesting to see what happens if someone in the government did something similar to what Skelton did with personal data from the government - would the government be held liable in that scenario?
They could distribute said browser via CD-Rom on magazine covers and by direct mail, my god he's only gone and done it - an imminent return to those halcyon days of the early internet!

OK - so that's her price, she'll happily sell out for $6k. How about the locals put together a quick crowdfunding campaign - raise $10k or so and then they'll be able to own there very own politician - that'll be a first...

I don't think they've thought this one through properly with regard to spoilers! (or maybe they have)
How annoyed will a person watching the walking dead be when they take a look at their phone during an ad-break and someone who's 5 minutes ahead of them posts what happens!
Not to mention what are they going to be screening in the 15 minutes or so gap between programs while everyone else catches up - maybe some sort of informational mini-programs to let the viewers know what amazing new products are out there!
What we actually want to do is install a nice automated high-speed walkway next to your garden path and big, big gates at the entrance and then we'll charge you for both, charge the mail man and sorry girl scouts, no more cookie sales for you.
