That actually started about 3 seconds after the law was signed and before the ink was dry.
Of course, scholarly writings are the ONLY standard of measuring a candidate's intelligence. By your system, the only people who should govern this country are then military officers if they've written for the War College, doctors writing research articles, lawyers writing law articles, and professors writing whatever the hell it is they write (besides self stroking bullshit).
How many business owners write scholarly articles? Very damn few. Why? Maybe because they're too busy running a business.
"*You may not think of yourself as racist, but by voting for one who unapologetically and proudly supports racism, you thus then condone and support racism."
Who knew that this entire election was about nothing else but racism? Guess things like the economy, gender issues, security, gun control, crime, and politics as usual had absolutely nothing to do with it.
And if you truly believe what you said, than you're just as narrow-minded and single issue focused as those you decided to call racists. If you can't see past the single issue that you decided to post about, then you're part of the reason that people
Clinton has no one to blame but herself for the whole "Emailgate". Despite having received security briefings and clearances for years, she decided that her own convenience trumped the rules. In the end, she needs to accept the consequences of her own actions that created this whole thing in the first place, and place the blame squarely where it belongs...on herself.
As long as lobbyists and cronies have access to Congress, it is difficult to see how anyone would think that any promises to change that would come to fruition.
Even if Trump didn't have a single one on his staff, that wouldn't change the fact that they're everywhere in Congress...And they will still be able to write their favorite bills and influence legislators.
If police officers are going to use the officer safety exception to pat down somebody for weapons, then they should not be entitled to the fruits of a search. Patting down a person on the exterior of their clothing to discover possible weapons is NOT the same as emptying out their pockets and searching through it. And if the police are going to claim that the feel of a plastic baggie in a pocket could be a weapon, then the courts should call bullshit and remind law enforcement they shouldn't and aren't going to be entitled to the fruits of a poisonous tree.
It's about time we change the system so the taxpayers don't end up footing the bill for these bogus legal fights. Governments would act more cautiously of the employees knew they would be paying for this BS out of their own pockets, unless of course, they can convince the unions to pay for it.
If Clinton had encrypted the emails using strong encryption without a law enforcement backdoor, we wouldn't even be having this discussion. Instead, Comey would be whining about going dark and maybe Clinton would be rethinking her nerd harder viewpoints.
