Just a friendly reminder that, like the Iranian government there are religious fundamentalists with tremendous clout with our own government (or are elected officials in our government) here in the US who would like to muck with the Internet because of content that's an affront to their religious beliefs.
Once again we see the failure of throwing money at entrenched actors (we don't seem to learn from this do we?). It would be nice if we could either eliminate this tax loophole or modify it to include a clawback provision if broadband investment falls short of what's expected.

Most university students are old enough to legally be considered adults in this country. I'd rather treat them as what they already are.
Sorry for the nitpicking about language. But here is one of the few times I think the choice in language makes a difference.
