This comment seems to indicate an opinion that it’s not totally informed, and in fact may be completely ignorant.
Read the damn article. No content moderation took place so your comment is nonsense. And even though Twitch's decision is completely within their rights, that doesn't mean nobody can express the opinion that this is yet another bad business decision in a pattern of similar decisions.
You just know she's only ever read one very particular part of the Constitution, and even then it didn't actually say what she wanted it to so she just watched Fox until she heard what she needed.
"They purposefully cause pain hoping the suspect responds so they can punish them further."
Which is why these excessive restraint situations are so horrible. When someone restricts your breathing to the point of danger you will instinctively try to prevent that from happening. Suffocation is a terrifying experience (see waterboarding) and your body will try to save you from it if it can. That natural response appears to be all the excuse officers need to make things even worse.
If we accept the commonly claimed premise that "most cops are good people" and that "it's only a few bad apples", then statistically speaking what are the chances that EVERY SINGLE COP present (five named but it sounds like more) would be completely indifferent to the homicide they were either participating in or witnessing? Is this really a "my lottery numbers came up" situation or is the premise a bit flawed?

Deciding not to publish the words of a lying, fascist insurrectionist is the definition of a free press. Deciding to criticize press who do publish the words of a lying, fascist insurrectionist is the definition of free speech. Why do you hate freedom so much Koby?
Sounds like you missed the context of the statement entirely. Can you name any blatantly unconstitutional anti-internet bills trying to be passed by Dems?
It means Koby received this weeks GOP talking points.
It always makes me laugh when politicians all start using exactly the same buzzwords on practically the same day, words they've barely used before and probably don't really understand. It's as if they don't realize how completely false and cringey it sounds.

At what point exactly did Twitter for example change from being a privately owned company to a public forum? Was it on a particular date? At a certain age? Number of users? The first time Dorsey carelessly let the words 'free speech' slip from his lips?
What you're claiming is absolute legal nonsense. I could make a stronger argument that gravity goes sideways.

Sure they can, right up to the point where they smack into federal law and the Constitution, and then they can't. Not rocket science.

It's only 27 words long so you'd think it'd be pretty hard to miss the "well regulated" bit in there.
