This is exactly the kind of behavior that finally, earlier this year, made me tell AT&T to go fuck themselves. Switched to T-Mobile and haven't looked back.
AT&T, Comcast, Time Warner, Chase and Bank of America should all burn in hell for all eternity.
Where do you get that from? The only downside I've had with T-Mo was the coverage was not as good, which if they were using AT&T towers, wouldn't my coverage be the same?
I know there are others that buy AT&T airtime in bulk and resell it, but T-Mo is not one of them.
And yes, the ATT/TMo merger fell through because even our corrupt ass government couldn't sell that bill of goods to ANYONE.
"AT&T, of course, doesn't care about any of that because, really, who else are customers going to go to?"
For whatever it's worth, I left and went to T-Mobile, and never looked back. And on my way out the door I told them to take their service and shove it, and I told them why I was leaving - their cooperation with the NSA.
I know one person's not going to change anything, but if enough people like me vote with their wallet, maybe that'll get their attention.
Probably both. I mean they all suck independently, because of no competition. No cable company ever saw a monopoly and captive audience they didn't like.
BUT... it always seems Comcast is the one that comes up with the really asshole-ish screw-the-customer-over-cuz-we-can-and-for-lulz schemes (data caps, throttling, bit torrent reset packet injection, not providing advertised speeds, etc.). And of course, the other operators fall in line right behind them because hey, why should Comcast have all the fun?
If Comcast really does buy Time Warner I am cancelling my service the day the sale is final. As bad as AT&T is, Comcast is worse.
Touche, AC. Maybe one day I'll share my BofA horror story of how I had to take them to court to prevent them wrongfully foreclosing on our house, but it's probably nothing you haven't already read before elsewhere.
I would not willingly do business with BofA ever again, under any circumstances, even if they were the last bank on earth. My mattress is far superior to those ass clowns.
If you're really Newegg's Lee Cheng, then I salute you sir! I've bought $1000's worth of stuff from NE over the years, and it's good to see my money going to a company that cares.
I need to see about getting a SSD for an older laptop that uses PATA drives, and I'll make sure I buy it from NE.
