Your thinking is rather shallow on this. They also sometimes consider law enforcement from other agencies as bad too! Just really...anyone who potentially could get in their way of enforcing what they feel like enforcing is bad.
I'm just going to infect the hell out of laptop and go through the border. I figure the TSA is so very competent that it shouldn't cause them a problem.
This sounds like one of those things where if *they* got their way then they would end up getting screwed by not seeing the far reaching implications of this law.
