The one thing about the evolution of the Hans saga that really stands out is that there really is no where for him to go without being caught. It's utterly amazing how quickly this was spotted, and how soon he dismissed the cases. Didn't the catching, the outing and the dismissing all happen in the course of a couple of days? I would say we need a round of applause.

It's like he pops his head out of the sewer for a brief moment, gets caught, then has to go back down into the sewage until he comes up with another creative reason to sue someone.

    Eric Wong

He's already been discussed on Twitter. According to what I've read, he's a real person but no one has been able to verify whether or not he's aware of the lawsuit.

He had filed a lawsuit against the Social Security people a while back and after a long battle and an appeal he finally got his disability award. But, in terms of money, unless I read it wrong, the award was not at all what he was asking for.

With Wong's outstanding debts (creditor has sued and won against him recently) and perhaps with the lack of a full SS award, he may be in it for the money. But the fact that Poss was characterized as a volunteer sounds more like Lutz, who also was supposed to be a volunteer.

Maybe Poss is one of Lutz's unborn children that we've all been waiting for. If so, then we should all get together and throw him a baby shower.

    Popcorn for the Ponzi Scheme

Someone earlier [Baron von Robber] characterized this as a Ponzi Machine. Excellent, and spot on.

Downstream, I'd be willing to bet that Toonkel will be part of the Hansmeier money machine. Don't know her, but given what she does for a living, it would seem logical that she'd be the one to give affidavits, expert testimony, you name it.

Someone should check to see if Million has sued anyone in the past with another lawyer. Already with so many cases being filed all at the same time, it does raise an eyebrow.
