  on Does Re-Imagining Lord Of The Rings From The Perspective Of Mordor Violate Tolkien's Copyrights?
  I think that reimagining the story could drive up further interest in the Tolkien universe. However, especially when using the same characters already written about then the Tolkien estate has the right to control how they are used.
