  thats up to the contract and the negotiations... if you want my money, as an investment, you would have to show and put in a legal contract how you would pay me back, either a portion of the profits, or some other mechanism... or i will not give you money... how is that hard?

  You keep going repeating a moral argument, but for that argument to hold any weight (in my eyes) the copyright side would need to hold the moral high ground. And i am sorry but the actions for the IP Industries biggest names (MPAA, RIAA, Writers Guild) detract from that... They use slurs and false information to try and justify themselves, and the people the represent, but each and every time they are shown to be CROOKS, CORRUPT, and with out any MORAL compass whats so ever (except if its try to screw the public or the artists). Every time that happens, it erodes the argument for the IP Side and brings people to the other side...
  
  I like your comments, they are not full of the venom so often found from the PRO-IP crowd, and you do try and have a conversation... so bravo... if others start to act like you we can find some place in between to agree... Unfortunately I do not see that happening anytime soon.

  Accept one thing, with out a goal (the idealistic goal that I share with Heinlein, and I follow in my daily life) then society is left with the what we have today, wet-nurse governments... why not idealize and strive for everyone to begin taking responsibility for their actions??? I do not need a wet-nurse government standing beside me and telling me whats good and not, I can do that for myself....
  
  Now to IP, as an Author and Inventor I will specifically say most IP is crap / overrated/ and a basis for lawyers to make money... I think I have made maybe 5 whole US dollars on a actual Copyright or Patent... What i have made money on is doing what i like and do really well, and making a name for myself in my industries, MY ability's and Intellect are what people rent from me today, when and where i choose, not some IP law.... Patents and Copyright have only gotten in the way of some really cool things that could already be on the market but have to spend years going through the lawyers and courts and everything else because the companies are afraid of the IP Trolls and competitors suing....

  1% of population are the highest wage earners
  of this 1% they pay 40% of the federal income taxes.
  this 1% accounts for 20% of the monthly taxable wages.
  
  To your point the bottom 50% pay all the taxes... your wrong... according to US Census Bureau
  49% of all Americans pay No Federal Taxes.
  20 million are at or below the poverty line.
  
  Of the 80 Million they average this:
  2 Color Televisions per house hold, 1 of them has a high probability of being a big screen
  they will average a cell phone, with text and web (high % chance of a smart phone)
  2.5 Cars per household
  LARGER living space than the Average (not at the poverty level ) EUROPEAN
  More Caloric intake than the average person in the world.
  
  about the part where tax dollars come from (generally the Middle class at 50K per year in household revenue and up) not the bottom 50% like you asserted.

  You do realize that Aluminum Recycle and Steel Recycle are economically impractical on a large scale right? Because of infastructure and how its processed it costs more and takes longer to recycle those things than it does to go from ore to finished product?
  
  I clap to your effort and wish you the best, but until the economics are worked out it will be slow going (or some one starts researching better ways for the processes today).

  Sorry but i have to dis-agree.. if you read the writtings of the chairman or Pot, one of the key points they made time and time again was to use "weath" envy to sway the emotion of their base supporters... if you can give the people something to hate (in their case anyone with more than you have) then the people are willing to go to any means... Che also used similar tactics....
  
  I will grant you Mondragon is a great idea for a company, but as a government it leaves much to be desired (as if i disagree with a company i can leave... a county not as easy)
