Great idea and radical business model that just might work. Offer consumers a choice which is better than free. Reward those who BUY and share the links to the music legally. http://e27.sg/2012/12/28/tell-my-friends//div>
You can't control everything with legislation. Nor threaten your fans with punishment. I think one viable way is to offer consumers a third choice which is better than free. I've created a platform that does exactly that - reward people who pay for music/ebooks/apps/games/videos and share their links legally. http://e27.sg/2012/12/28/tell-my-friends//div>
First, I'm anti-piracy. Second, I'm pro-business. Musicians who don't mind not getting paid are hobbyists. Musicians who need to get paid are professionals.
Here's what I think is wrong with the situation, and also what I did about it (I'm no keyboard warrior.). The biz model for music is no longer working. With technology, social networks, etc .. sharing of music is expected and easy.
I started a system with a different business model that rewards fans who pay for music and share it - with cash. Let me know what you think of this choice, both from a consumer's perspective and from a artiste's perspective. http://e27.sg/2012/12/28/tell-my-friends//div>

Give a good reason to pay for music
