There is a similar arrest case in Boise, Idaho involving a wholesale/online retailer that was selling refurbished phones. The Federal government working in cahoots with Apple and Samsung has arrested 11 people on counterfeit charges. All they were selling were refurbished iphone and Samsung products. This crack down on small business is real. Repair shops as well as online retailers that sell refurbished phones (that have aftermarket parts in them) on ebay and Amazon must get up in arms about this corporate/government assault, or they are next.
