    Test case

This is exactly like the Washington law to force all pharmacies to carry abortion pills. Yes I know, the science is settled, it is not an abortion pill. Many pharmacies received an exemption. It was not in their economic interest, they had no customers for the pill. They were allowed exemptions from the rule. Anyone with a religious excuse was denied.

These people shopped around to find someone to reject them.

Get over yourselves, find someone who wants you. It is not hard to do. I would personally like to do your wedding photographs. I will be thrilled with the results. You, maybe not so much. Quit looking for something to be offended by.

    $15 Ebook

And one day the butcher's union decides they cannot sell beef for less than $15 per pound, regardless of cut or quality. A lot of sunk costs there. Who is going to continue to eat hamburger 6 days a week with a roast on Sunday?

I may buy filet mignon in the future, but I won't be buying anymore hamburger.

    Intent

The first time I came up against something like this was the RICO law. We were all told that it was necessary to go after the Mafia. It could be used for a lot more, but they were only going to use it on the Mafia. They promised and crossed their hearts.

The first charge of RICO I saw was a Doctor that was defrauding Medicare.

It is a fairly common charge now for any business that the government wants to harass.

Never believe when supporters of a bill say "Yeah but we are only going after..."
