"No rights are absolute" is as wrong as wrong can be. Natural inalienable rights are the foundation of American Revolutionary philosophy and cannot be altered or muted. The government has found legal methods to justify doing so, but that certainly does not make it right. To state that no rights are absolute as fact (especially in the context of a constitutional law discussion) is opening the doors to the kind of flexible, amoral logic required of tyrannical governments./div>
