You are mistaken. If you've ever done business with stock photography houses, you would know that it's made abundantly clear that using an image for comping and using an image commercially are subject to different terms. Images are priced differently for different purposes based on exclusivity, audience size, editorial or commercial use, etc. If Apple requested the image for comping purposes only, then used it commercially, they DID NOT obtain legal permission to use the image, and the stock house and photographer have a legitimate grievance./div>
