New forms of media have historically been blamed for society's woes. These type of concerns go all the way back to the self-playing piano, which some said would put musicians out of work.
Video Games happens to be the newest form of media, and has been for a while now.
"Stender's bill would "prohibit operators of a place of public accommodation from making video games with an ESRB rating of Mature or Adults Only available for use by the public."
So if the ESRB were to stop using the M and AO labels and replace it with PEGI's equivalent labeling system, the entire law would be moot?
