I think it's time to call it a night John, you have such a busy schedule this week you really can't be idling away trolling techdirt all night (again)./div>
I'll note that although Steele was, if I recall correctly, the tech guy back in the early days of Steele | Hansmeier PLLC, he also claimed he has never in his life used a torrent client. That would mean he didn't even test the damn software to see if it was working right, it just spat out IPs and they started suing.
Exactly my thought, guyver. I'm hoping the original author (I'm sure you can guess who) hasn't changed the password on Gibbs gmail account so Gibbs can fire back with a copy showing who actually signed that email./div>
To theoretical readers just dropping in first time: yes, out_of_the_blue hates Prenda articles but takes the time to read and comment on hating them every time. Take a loopy tour of Techdirt's Prenda articles! You always end up with an out_of_the_blue complaint!
Note that Peter's complaint about not being served is presented c/o Livewire Holdings, LLC and not 6881 Forensics, LLC. Has the latter gone the way of Media Copyright Group? Or is he hoping to claim he no longer works for 6881 now that Mr. Patel has been granted 60 days discovery?/div>
