  The communist party is a legitimate threat to the oligarch overclass, whereas the KKK are a bunch of ignorant hick racists who will support whatever the current conservative-ish authoritarians tell them to, because they are, by affiliation, not the sharpest knives in the drawer, and therefore will fall in line and not be a threat to the powers-that-be.

  Interestingly enough, the video in question did not include any gameplay footage, only collision models from tanks.gg. The DMCA takedown notice threat was based entirely on Foch's initial refusal to take the video down, and not at all due to any infringement of Wargaming's IP.
  
  Even if it had included shots/clips from the game, Wargaming had previously issued written permission for anyone and everyone not just to use any gameplay footage/clips/photos in their videos, but explicit permission to monetize said videos.

  I'm still dismayed that the courts have ruled NSLs to be in any way constitutional. Are these judges reading a different constitution than the rest of us?
  
  Hey, maybe the founding fathers enacted a separate, secret constitution on the side! One that threw out everything in the first one...like the legal equivalent of keeping your fingers crossed while lying.

  Quite a run of mayors Harrisburg has had. Reed: bankrupt city, steal artifacts, start Civil War museum nobody cares about, total embarrassment. Thompson: said stupid things on a daily, not familiar with English as a spoken language, total embarrassment. Papenfuse: bans the primary news outlet in the area, parking sellout destroying mid- & downtown, total embarrassment.
  
  PennLive is a mess. They focus on nothing but sports, high school sports, college sports, rapes, murders, and occasionally local politics...they obviously fired all the writers who had experience writing in complete sentences at the same time they fired all the editors, and the commenters make Trump look super reasonable and reserved. That being said: Papenfuse screwed the pooch on this one. Yay central PA, way to let the world know that we're still part of the "Alabama in the middle" between Pittsburgh and Philly.
