I had a suspicion you were a depressive type of person from your previous posts, which is really quite sad for you. Reading this post could indicate that you have a serious problem:

Having to endure 18 months of being fobbed off and stone-walled like this is atrocious and totally unacceptable. If they do persevere with legal action, they have to realise that it will be prohibitively expensive, as well as an extremely long haul ...and for what in the end?
I really can't see that the perpetrators will be held accountable or punished in any way for their illegal actions.
The case against SurfTheChannel and Anton Vickerman, almost the same in my own case FACT Vs Filesoup, was without doubt a Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice on the part of everyone involved with and leading up to the prosecution.
One thing really sickens me, they have the arrogance of crying conspiracy to defraud at anyone who is stupid enough to listen and believe their manipulated reports and lies!
From my own personal experience of having to fight FACT and the Police through 18 months of hell, there is no doubt in my mind that many aspects of FACT's so-called case, were nothing more than trumped up lies, manipulation as well as the withholding of selected evidence, resulting in a fiasco of a kangaroo trial and a complete miscarriage of justice.
The fact that they can continue to get away with such dirty underhanded tactics, over and over again, progressively getting more devious and underhanded, case after case and without ever being questioned about the legality of their methods and actions, let alone being held accountable for their wrong-doing, is totally unbelievable.
Cases such as these should make everyone ask, just how far up the ladder does this corruption go? Example... I know for sure that the Attorney General was involved in the FACT Vs Filesoup case!.
It would not surprise me one tiny little bit, if everything in your post was in fact completely accurate.
FACT and the Police are still doing the same now as they did in my case. From my own unfortunate and farcical experience with them, I've seen 1st hand their way of manipulating and interpreting everything to suit their nefarious needs, their mishandling of evidence and the dirty underhanded tactics they use to get the results they want.
It truly is despicable that they can continue to violate the rights of others in this way, they appear to believe that they are allowed to get away with this injustice without question or any form of repercussions for wrong-doing, time and time and time again.
Disgraceful!
I sincerely hope that you have the stamina, the will and the money to continue your fight and that you succeed in exposing them all.
If he is extradited from the UK (where it's not illegal) to face trumped up charges in the USA (manipulatively illegal, maybe), will the MPAA/RIAA et al; agree to cease & desist their region-locking and geo-tagging of all content worldwide ...Haaa, yeah right, like that's ever going to happen!
I am the owner of filesoup.com and one of the accused who have had to endure this complete and utter fiasco.
From the moment the police threatened to break down my front door, barged into my home and then arrested me 18 months ago, they have continuingly and consistently ignored the procedures set out in PACE, both the police and FACT have harrassed and fobbed me off with excuses or simply ignored every inquiry I've made about this case throughout.
They have not even bothered to investigate my official IPCC complaints about the police actions and inactions and basically just put me through as much crap as they could, it has without question, been totally vexatious to the extreme.
The British "fair" judicial system ...bah!
