I'd like to say that all this is true in a general sense I believe that in certain specific instances it is true. For example the Financial Times is a pay for subscription service to allow unlimited access to their archives. It's just mostly read by people in the financial industry but we all subscribed to the actual paper and got the services and we tended to use them. Does that count? This is purely anecdotal of course. But really the people I knew who didn't pay for it were in the minority./div>
