  I'm wondering why the cop had hollow point bullets at all. Sure they reduce the risk for bystanders but to use ammo that maximises the amount of dammage made to the target and that in general isn't allowed in warfare...

  It's not just rooted/unlocked devices. The stock rom for OnePlus one is cyanogen OS. My device is no longer supported even though the only things I have installed are the OTA system updates.

  I got a OnePlus one phone running the os it came with, cyanogenos, apprently I have no compatible devices any longer according to Google play. You don't even need to root or be a high tech user to get punished. At least half my netflix viewing is being done on the phone.
