Wow, I guess that means the end of free WiFi from hotels, coffee shops, libraries etc. Hell, even the government of the province of Saskatchewan has free open WiFi in the downtown area of some of the larger cities. So the provincial governments will now be breaking federal law. This could be fun!/div>
