  but on the basis of excessive bandwidth use. Twitter... bandwidth... really? Facebook, Twitter, any video site, any and all embedded flash (but not flash that's put there as a result of javascript), oh, and plenty of other actually useful sites.

  This works until someone comes in with a tax-exempt form. And you can bet, someone with a tax exempt form, is going to be sure to get their $0.01 if it's theirs.

  I think the issue with the coke machine is that coke machines are LEASED. You don't own the coke machine but you have a contract with a distributor to vend cokes in your building.
