  Sorry for my response down further, i didn't think this post actually made it through. i agree with you on the practicality, i don't see copyright going anywhere anytime soon and it would definately better to see it reformed than continue in its current state.

  Those highly limited advantages won't remain so for long, whoever benefits from them will want to strengthen and extend them. They will have the resources to do so because of the benefits they are given
