I’ve read through the lawsuit and Labrador notes six years of patent infringement but nothing to do with COVID-19 testing. As well, Labrador offered “royalty free licensing for anything related to COVID-19 testing”. We can all appreciate bioMerieux is working toward COVID-19 testing as of last week.
