  That's very interesting - Higbee is indeed licensed in CA though, I'm glad that it worked though. See further post below - we should consider a class action, there's a renown public interest lawyer part of this forum that would be interested in the case.

  Was this an embedded image? If so, you should reach out to Paul Alan Levy - mentioned previously in this forum, he is incredibly good at standing up to Higbee and given how many people are experiencing the same thing as you, I think we have enough to get a class action started.

  Hi Carolyn - just wondering if there have been any updates on this case since February? I got a very similar letter... Do you know if this law firm has ever actually taken anyone to court? Doesn't look like it from what the court case locator shows. Not sure if you guys saw but the owner of the firm has a lawsuit against him going in NY.
