  I followed the link to the privacy settings and was surprised to see that I was already opted out of this program. I guess it's possible that someone else on my account opted out, but based on who they are that strikes me as awfully unlikely.

  Florida may have a narrow anti-SLAPP law, but the defendants are not Florida residents and so they'll have a good argument that their home states' law applies. One of them is even a Nevada resident, which of course has probably the best anti-SLAPP law around.
