  It is interesting that Sean Bridges wanted to buy a new identity, a service that most likely would have been available on Silk Road. Maybe he should have stolen a new identity at the same time he stole the bitcoins.

  Isn't social media just communication on a wider scale? For someone to blame social media without mentioning those using using those platforms to incite violence is like blaming air for conveying speech between two people talking. If we must, blame physics!

  This just goes to show you that Comcast has been protecting its customers for years by delivering crappy bandwidth. In fact, Comcast could use this bit of news as justification to continue to deliver service that is not "high-speed".

  on If You're A Terrorist, You're Not Allowed To Use iTunes
  Isn't the intent of putting countries on such a "list" to bring those countries back into some acceptable norm, or to cause regime change? I would think allowing the citizens of said countries access to iTunes would expose them to outside cultures, and wouldn't that be a good thing? Unless, of course, iTunes has some military application about which we don't know.
