I don't know if anyone else has noticed it, however, every time I try to disable my COMCAST cable modem's wireless broadcast system for 2.4g and 5g it keeps turning itself back on and broadcasting a COMCAST signal out for others called xfinitywifi. No matter how many times I try to shut it off it turns itself back on again. Plus, Comcast also allows other people who are Comcast customers to login into your wifi and claim that they don't count it against your upload/download monthly traffic. So far I haven't had a huge issue with them counting against my traffic since I pay for the gaming package and do a lot of upload/download of video material for the work I do. However, after reading stuff like this I'm leary of their support.
So, if you see a random xfinitywifi station broadcasting on 2.4g and 5g know that it is YOUR Com(munist)cast XFinity wireless cable modem letting other John Q. Public members who have an account with Comcast access the internet through your cable modem. (And they supposedly don't count the traffic against your usage.....)

Having worked as an intel analyst before, one of the programs that the U.S. gov't actually likes to use, when implemented correctly, is a program called Analyst Notebook: http://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/en/analysts-notebook/ The program can store a surprising amount of data with many different dimensions and connections to it. (Many on Many connections make for wonderful tools) The problem is getting a good analyst to eyeball it and then take it from being data to intelligence. And, just like any database, it is only as good as the data that has been THOUGHTFULLY put into it.

The tools to create quality digital multimedia experiences are getting easier to use and cheaper as time goes on. Technology is driving the whole "multimedia" chain of creation for these types of digital products and bringing down the cost of "content" creation as it is anyway. And besides, there will always be people pushing the creativity envelope with the tools that they have available to them and impressing everyone with their ingenuity. The problem will be trying to find those products out there if they don't get stifled by greedy corporations or someone "claiming" ownership to the "idea".
Having worked for the military for longer than I care to admit, I REALLY don't have any faith in what they can do in "cybersecurity" since they can't even figure out just "what" it is. The Air Force is the most comical of the bunch since they "obviously" know that "Space" is part of "Cyberspace" and should, therefore, have CYBER Command up under SPACECOMMAND run by "Spacemen" or Pilots or even Missileers rather than, oh say, in an agency with someone who just might grok what the hell it really is and what it should do (something about that "operational stink adding validity to it). Anyway, wishful thinking on my part and I'm hanging up my geek cred since it has been tainted by guvvie work, so I probably don't know what the hell I'm talking about.
However, if the US Gov't WERE so competent in their cyberspace dealings (in a Hollywood imagined reality) there would NOT have been a Bradley Manning in the first place and Wikileaks would have been Wiki-tightened before anything got out in a hot ASSange minute.
