  $1.3M/13Kdocument = $108/per case file. Considering that the case file needs to be gathered, reviewed, packaged and sent out and everyone in the process gets paid I think $108 per case file is reasonable. Maybe MuckRock should direct their requests better.

  You don't read very well. It is 13,050 case files not pages. Each case file could have hundreds of pages.
