I have had the worst time with Comcast, they are trying to charge me for a modem and a cable box I never received after my service was canceled, Funny thing is I never had cable through Comcast and we bought our own modem from day one and it states right on the bill CUSTOMER MODEM $.00 and they still continue to submit tickets month after month and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor????? I feel like calling Fox 2 News and well see just how many people come out of the woodwork :) By the way I didn't yell at the customer service guy and I let him know I was aware that it was not his fault, another funny thing is at the end of the call he said Mam return the modem and this will be taken care of, I felt like freakn out!!!
