Would it be wrong to have each of the six senators offices retrofitted to only give them 4 down and 1 up? Keep it that way for 4 years and see if they change their minds../div>
In my opinion, it stops being a 'clerical error' when its happening over and over. It becomes criminal when nothing is being done to fix it. When overcharging becomes the standard, its not a clerical error./div>
OK, i know this is a giant company, but how is this not Fraud? They are stating you owe them money you don't. How is this not extortion? They are threatening to disconnect you from a service that is an integral part of life. I am not an attorney, so can someone explain why the heads responsible for the corporation are not being sued or put in jail? They are the Corporate version of the mafia./div>
Since so many companies use takedowns as a weapon, can't they be sued for theft? When i have a 'vine' and some entity takes that 'vine' from me, isn't that the definition of theft?/div>
Will Companies that have been sued or have paid off the patent trolls, be allowed to go back to court and attempt to recoup losses? If so, this may wipe out patent trolls once and for all./div>
'I got the meth in the ——- car,'" the complaint states. So have the officers been charged with possession with intent? He clearly states he has the meth in his car and they intend to plant it./div>
They do, its called a Safety Climb. You hook up a piece of equipment called a slider up to it. As you are climbing down, if you go faster than 3 ft per sec, it locks down. Unfortunately, too many people get annoyed with it and don't use it./div>
Free climbing is Illegal! But it is a quicker way of climbing and when being pushed hard from the bigger Telco's to complete the jobs quicker and for less money, some companies turn a blind eye to those free climbing. On a side note, the vast majority of climbing deaths is due to free climbing./div>
As a person that climbed towers for 12 years and now oversees crews that climb towers, i can tell you that OSHA does fine companies that have members fall. What they really need to do is fine the cellular carrier (ATT, Sprint, Verizon, etc.) as well. If they fined them a million dollars per major incident, they would stop hiring the tower companies that push crews to unsafe work speeds. Most tower companies have very stringent safety / training practices. They will fire anyone caught 'free climbing' immediately. Its the companies that put profit over safety that needs to be shut down./div>
Why even complain when you know its all a big mistake and USIS really didn't mean to do anything illegal. I'm SURE all of the millions they made in the process went to the poor and charities. You cannot convince me that USIS are not complete angels. I'm sure they are in the running for a new and improved Govt. contract that will make them even richer! Don't worry about sending them to jail because when they finally respond to the public, it will be to say 'i am deeply sorry for taking your taxpayer money and buying this new house'. If they don't keep a straight face, i'm sure its because they heard a good joke just moments before, and not because they think the Govt is a joke and the taxpayers deserve to be ripped off./div>
Wouldn't it be great if everyone in the USA put the following keywords in every email and text. Bomb, NSA Blow up. The NSA servers would overheat./div>
How is it that off duty police officers can legally stop travelers that are breaking no laws? If they can, that may lead to them forcing people to sign petitions, donate to the police departments favorite charity, or many other things./div>
What i took from this article is that i'm paying Verizon twice for the crappy service i have. First, my monthly bills, now the taxes i pay. This should be illegal just on that issue./div>
Give them what they want!
