I'd have thought they could make a lot more money by putting their efforts into making sure the movie was actually any good rather than chasing a few unfortunate people who wasted their time downloading it. What a waste of a great cast that movie was./div>
I blogged about this, are they gonna go after everyone in the blogosphere too?
Morons - how dare people have their own opinion instead of the BS these guys keep spouting. Just give out cheap enough (or value added) DRM-free digital downloads so downloading for free becomes more hassle than paying, easy./div>
I forgot to add, the reason the EU have started doing silly things with Microsoft is because they are still kicking themselves for not doing anything when they should have done - the whole DR-DOS in Germany wipeout incident. The idiots missed that one./div>
"Cleland seems to not realize that the purpose behind antitrust actions is to protect consumers, not just break up big companies for the hell of it (that's what Europe is for)."
Ahahahah haha haha ah...
Actually though you have got a point, my mate at work was saying he saw the browser ballot page doing a PC install. Since when should a company be forced to promote other companies products!?!? The Microsoft monopoly is (was?) a problem, but the EU solution was just dumb./div>
"But AEG, despite its knowledge of Michael Jackson's physical condition, breached those duties by putting its desire for massive profits from the tour over the health and safety of Michael Jackson."
IT'S desire!?!?!? Jackson was there because of his own decision to do so.
When the gig was announced I actually said to my wife there's no way it would actually go ahead. I didn't anticipate what happened though./div>

Utter lack of sense from video game companies
No one is going to pay 40-50GBP for a game that they cannot sell on when they're finished with it, and get half or more of their cash back.
Would anyone buy a car that is worthless second hand?/div>
