I doubt you will get 6 false notices in 12 months, if you do then you have bigger problems than some silly 6 strikes fear mongering scheme that means nothing/div>
Yes there could be potential problems but the ISPs are really not too enthusiastic about this and they already are losing customers so i doubt they will be bending over backwards to help get rid of paying customers that are not cutting the cord by themselves, i pay for cable phone and internet, i would bet my life comcast won't be cutting me off if i download some movie/div>
no this does not affect businesses and it has nothing to do with fair use and it really is not anything new, media companies have been alerting the ISPs about infringement for a long time but now it has the label 6 strikes which is intended to strike fear into ignorant fools which i see it already has/div>
Ok the ISPs are not monitoring you, it is a 3rd party working for he media companies and they report the infringement to the ISP,and they send you a letter saying you have been bad, if you are really stupid enough to get caught 6 times then this internet thing may not be for you/div>
