  The GFDL requires including or linking to the full text of the GFDL, so it wasn't being legitimately used under that license either.

  I may have to look into some restitution for the copyright infringement, though, since they are ignoring the license.

  I took that picture! I would have had trouble thinking of a situation where I'd be proud to have a picture of mine on Santorum's website, but this does it!

  Looks like JSTOR statement refers to Swartz, not Maxwell

  One minor correction: the statement doesn't appear to reference Greg Maxwell's actions at all, since it refers to indictment. So it looks like it's talking about Aaron Swartz (whose arrest prompted Maxwell to release his archive of PD JSTOR files).
