The ruling seems to imply that merely quoting a headline is a copyright infringement. A sensible extension of that logic would imply that no news outlet can write a headline without first checking to make sure that it has never been written before. Or be in violation of another news outlet's copyright. I can see Murdoch suing the Guardian...or maybe even his own papers. What fun!/div>
